I downloaded the intel driver and support assistant and updated 2 devices and now it says all my intel software is up to date but I still have the same audio issue where it plays sound in the headphones and laptop at the same time.

It doesn't even recognise the headphones on the sound control panel i have checked hidden devices see below.
